Commission - "Cutty & Dallas "
I recently had the honor to be commissioned to paint these two beautiful dogs on their beach outside their home. The dogs, the setting and the lighting were all just magnificent! What beautiful creatures they are - and what an honor for me as an artist!

"Commission - three dogs"
This is a commission I recently completed of three dogs in a family. The piece is done in acrylic on canvas and depicts the dogs as they are now (in 2007) - two mature adults and one puppy. These three are great friends - and each has a wonderful personality. I hope that I have captured each in their own special "light" in this portrait of the trio. 		click here to enlarge. "Mystic"
This palomino is painted in an unusual setting - part realistic, part mystical. That, I believe, is how many of us, little girls and women especially, feel about horses. We carry that feeling with us into adulthood and our horses always hold a special place in our hearts and souls. Horses truly are mystical creatures - wise, noble, graceful animals, with us in life and in literature. I hope this painting brings the "equine magic" I feel in my life, to life for someone else.

"Military Splendor "
This is another in a series of bird paintings that I have been doing in recent months and this one depicts a military macaw in a natural setting. This guy is beautiful in all his splendid coloring, as are so many parrots, and I just couldn't resist painting him. Simply brilliant!
