This is a Trail of Painted Ponies signed original in a miniature size of approximately 6" tall - truly a unique, one of a kind addition for your collection. My inspiration for this pony is all the wonderful art that has been created by Native Americans on ledger books and other similar surfaces in a pictographic style. This pony features brightly colored ponies, figures in native dress, tepees, as well as symbols all placed against a backdrop of ledger paper and the like.

"One Stick Pony"
This is a Trail of Painted Ponies signed original in a miniature size, but a "one of a kind" that any collector will certainly have fun owning! This whimsical pony is a tribute to the "hobby horses" (or stick ponies) all the little "cowpokes" and "cowgirls" of the 1950's era loved to ride as they made believe they were Roy Rogers, Dale Evans or the Lone Ranger. There are sheriff's "tin stars", a retro cowboy, spurs and even a neckerchief base to complete the picture. I hope this pony puts a smile on every cowboys' face and brings out a little "western wanna-be" in everyone else who sees him.

"Pony Espresso "
This is a Trail of Painted Ponies signed original in a miniature size of approximately 6" tall - for the collector with a sense of humor. This pony sports Pony Espress riders taking a break and sharing a cup of espresso and a good conversation on one side, while the other side is sprinkled with coffee cups and coffee beans. This is truly a fun piece of art and definitely one of a kind!

"Devoted"
This pastel painting is one I recently completed of a Norwegian Fjord and the young groom that was with him. I thought that the obvious love and emotion that passed between the two in this moment was quite wonderful - and one I wanted to try to capture in this piece.
This is also an example of the type of pet portrait you might like to have done of you with your own horse or other animal companion and friend.
