". . . a brush with nature"

I love painting owls of all sorts and this is but the latest one. Since Halloween is drawing closer and this painting has a fitting title ("Ghost Owl"), I thought it would be the perfect one to share at this time. I hope you enjoy it!

This piece continues my exploration of pairing a living creature with a liquor with it's name or image on the actual bottle. Here we have a barn owl, in a rustic setting, examining it's own likeness on a bottle of Ghost Owl. Another fun piece in a series of works I have so enjoyed creating.
